Underdog Sports Leagues offers year-round 21+ Recreational non-contact Flag Football Leagues located throughout the greater Seattle area. Seasons last 6 weeks plus playoffs for qualifying teams with games running 1 hour long (two 20-minute halves).

Play on the field with 8 players in Co-ed leagues and 7 players for Men's leagues. Don't stress about the Team Balance by sending TeamPayer dues to your teammates with your team's Funlink.

There will be few game times at 2 or 3pm, with the majority of them being after 4pm.
Each team will be guaranteed 6 games plus playoffs for those that qualify.
