Underdog Sports Leagues offers year-round 21+ Recreational non-contact Flag Football Leagues located throughout the greater Seattle area. Seasons last 6 weeks plus playoffs for qualifying teams with games running 1 hour long (two 20-minute halves).

Games will be played at Roosevelt, Ingraham and Nathan Hale High Schools as well as Loyal Heights.
