This week, the Air High Fives came in second place overall in the late fall championships. Despite finishing second, Ryan Campbell deserves an honorable mention as his scrappy playing and valiant efforts showed everyone why he and his team were in the championships!
Air High Fives played a mighty match against a fierce competitor that hits balls to the line. Most attacks were too hard to call, so Campbell took it upon himself and gave it all he had for every ball. Even when a penalty was called and the ball was out of play, Campbell leapt and dove after it (just in case!!!). Ryan Campbell shows impressive effort that won't be underestimated. Blood, sweat, and ankle went into a well fought match; a job well done!
Dwight McMaster showed everyone what he's got at the net as he scored every time he attacked the ball. Sporting an infectious grin, McMaster is the nicest looking killer ever seen. He played the court well and hit to open spaces and snuck in a tip or two. With his skill and positive attitude, you can't possibly get mad when you get stuffed!
