Having a undefeated regular season is something to be proud of. But it also puts a big target on your back. That's exactly the situation Kick Yo Couch Ninjas were in come playoff time.
Both playoff matchups found the Ninjas falling behind early to a determined opponent looking to pull off the upset. But in true championship form they would not cave to the pressure, especially in the back and forth championship game. Coming down to the final inning trailing a run, the Ninjas put together one last rally to take home the title and finish the perfect season. Excellent season Ninjas!!
Mr. Clutch should be Sean's new nickname, because he was exactly that for the Ninjas. Whether it was his 3 run homer in the 4th, when his team was trailing by 2. Or his dramatic sliding catch at first to squash a rally in the 6th. Or most importantly, his game winning walkoff kick in the bottom of the seventh. Sean never let his team down in those tension filled moments. Great game Sean and congrats on the championship!
