Winter Co-ed Volleyball at Seattle Central Thursdays

Tonight is the first night of the season. On nights like these it's pretty easy to spot great players like Oriana. Oriana has a lot of natural talent, especially with her hands. She sets like a pro and has a great arm for hitting as well. Oriana really set the ball with strong hands for her teammates. I witnessed the beginning of a true underdog tonight. Keep the spirit and skill up Oriana!

Jess played tonight full of positive energy, contagious smiles, and aces. Jess brought an amazing jump serve and got 4 consecutive aces during the match. Great job Jess, congrats on the win.

Dwight is full of power and put that on display tonight. He was a one man wrecking crew as he sent spike after spike to the other side. As he was racking up the kills, his team just sat back and relaxed knowing with Dwight on the team, they had this in the bag. It's only the middle of the season but Dwight looks to be in playoff form.

Thursday night at Seattle Central I saw Will Werk For Sets play with fire and devotion. Alex especially threw in his amazing skills and talents, ultimately closing the game for the win. Alex has crazy jump serves that will have players avoiding the ball like it's dodgeball. He also can break through almost any block with his strong hits. Alex can dig like a DS and set like a setter. He is one of the most well rounded and skillful players I've seen out there this season. Congrats Alex, we'll see you at the play offs.
