After playing three close sets against Margs and in Charge, New Spikes on the Block claimed the victory two sets to one. Through superb communication on the court, servings runs, and powerful swings they earned each point. All three sets were close, but their determination and willingness to get down in the sand resulted in their championship win.

Three sets going back and forth between Block Party and Close Enough for control of serve ended in victory for Block Party. Keeping steady pressure at the net they were able to come out at the end of the match victorious! They certainly did not let the ball touch the sand, diving and laying out for each point.
