Andrew set the tone early on in the first inning of the semi-finals …. going head over heels over the short fence in right field chasing a foul ball much to the delight of the assembled fans and his teammates. Now did he need to go over the fence ? Unknown…. Did he come close to catching the ball? Doesn’t matter. Does he have a tetanus shot? Also unknown. But his play inspired his team to a strong semi final win. Bandaged up for an encore, Andrew led off the bottom of the seventh in the championship game with a beautiful double down the left field line and scored the game winning and championship deciding run a play later. Jeez Andrew, a little less drama next time when it’s 92 degrees out…
