In a very tight championship game Alex brought his "A" game as he went 4-5 at the plate with 3RBI's. Although the play of the game was in the bottom of the 7th inning with the Bears leading by 3 with 1 out Alex made a full out diving catch at 3rd base and got up in time to make the throw to first base to double up the runner and end the game.
