The Bears made a very strong playoff run that ultimately led to the championship. They entered the playoffs as the number 4 seed and really brought the bats in every game they played. The offense fired on all cylinders and the defense really stepped up as the team limited the errors and mental mistakes and this led them to 1st place and some t-shirts!
The championship game was exciting as the game was close all the way down to the wire and ended on a diving catch by the Bears 3rd baseman to preserve the 2 run lead and win the title. Awesome season, Bears!
